During the planning stages, there were a few things that were difficult. First of all we had to come together as a group and decide exactly what we would like to do out trailer on, including genre, a narrative and storyboard. The most challenging part of the planning stage was getting out many ideas on to a page to have a final narrative pitch that we were going to run with. In the end we narrowed it down and made some decisions as a group and worked together really well to find the best solution. We realised that doing a gangster deal would be ideal in our situation as the actors that we planned to act in out trailer. suited more to a gangster deal rather than a romantic encounter which would have been harder to pull off.

The next challenge was being set on a definite film as we thought of three very great movie titles. To help make decisions we asked the target audience as after all this film is being aimed at them. The target audience helped the team to decide the name of the film which is 48 hours.

During the filming stage, we had to make sure that on the day of filming the weather is exactly the type of weather we want to film and the location is exactly how the team envisaged it to be. That meant having to go to the location before the actors came, to ensure everything was perfect. The challenge we encountered in this stage was lighting troubles. As we were using no lighting effects, just natural lighting, then this made it harder to be select with certain places to film in the location. As if the areas were too dark then we had to find other areas, otherwise we would not be able to see the characters and the actions they are doing.

The editing stage was one of the easiest for me as I am very aware of the software iMovie and have used this before to create content for myself. The most difficult stage of this was finding music which was not copyrighted. I did have a big look for many hours and it was hard as a lot of people would not let you use their music. I asked the people in the team ho to find music which I could use that is not copyrighted and I finally found a song which was from a library full of YouTube music that I am able to use without YouTube taking my trailer down.
