At the end of each year, staff will come together and come up with the next years theme. At the beginning of the year, we would have a school wide assembly about the them to get everyone pumped up.  Each quarter you focus on a different access of the theme.

Examples of themes:

Destination Learning... Go, Grow, Know, Show
Go (setting a goal), Grow (moving toward that goal), Know (self-evaluating progress toward the goal), and Show (celebrating accomplishments)
