         <description><![CDATA[<div>as i learned this topic i just figured out that oats can be used as a tonics and help in nervous system&nbsp; and it is one of the alternative medicine to treat stress. Why? Because oats contain tryptophan, an amino-acid the brain converts into serotonin, which relaxes the body before falling asleep. The brain need tryptophan to make serotonin, so it is important to get enough of it for good sleep. Oats contain high amount of melatonin that can help someone feel tired and fall asleep. Getting a good sleep means less stress. Studies shown the main cause of stress is the quality of sleep we get. When I read various articles, I realised during my internship for about 8 weeks I didn't experience any stress even though I went through so many obstacles. Overnight oats are my daily routine back then because that is the easiest meal to prepare in the night and the next morning you just grab and go. I stayed in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan and my intern placed at Jabatan Kimia, Petaling Jaya (PJ). I travel back and forth from Seremban to PJ daily by public transport. I start my day at 4am and faced human crowd at KL Sentral to get rush and chase LRT because I need to be in office by 8:30 am. I arrived home by 8 o'clock, washed and get rest. Those stressful lifestyle didn't even bother me as I go along those lifestyle cheerfully. As I learned and read about oats, know I know why I managed to have stress less lifestyle.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Have you heard diffuser from Young Living brand? Those brand start going famous product due to Covid-19 infection. People used a lot of alternative to prevent form being infected and one of them by setting aroma diffuser in their house. Aroma diffuser used essential oil to improve air quality around us. My aunt start using this as an air freshener in her room as this diffuser last much longer than normal room gel fragrance. She got this cute owl diffuser as a birthday present and switch it on every time she went back from work. One day she got severe migraines and usually took a night to reduce the pain. With the power of peppermint essential oil, it help to relief more faster than usual. This is because peppermint contains menthol which can help to relax muscle and ease pain. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Do you know our body can heal by itself with the power of our brain. Our brain is the main character that control everything. If you wish to be lazy you will feel sleepy all day and if you feel excited to do something your body will be energetic throughout your day. Different people have different way of healing using mind set. For me, i love to be surrounded with my circle when i feel drowned especially at the end of each semester where they will be a lot of submissions and test. A bunch of assignments is not an excuse for me to escape from reality. A really short vacay in the weekend can help restore my energy to get back to work. Shopping and food hunting also are my stress reliever. All those activities really help me as long as I am not alone. Doing activities with your circle and in the same time be your listener are the perfect combination.</div>]]></description>
