         <description><![CDATA[<p>LOOK: Bulacan’s Singkaban Festival procession delivered a splash of color and creativity in Malolos on Monday, September 8, as a part of the province’s week-long celebration themed, “Sining at Kalinangan ng Bulacan, Pamanang Babalik-balikan!”</p><p><br/></p><p>The streets were alive with spectacular shows of “Parada ng Karosa”, wherein 29 floats in total filled the streets along Paseo Del Congreso with colors of all kinds and mainly showed festivity at the Bulacan Provincial Capitol.</p><p><br/></p><p>The signature “Indakan sa Kalye” tradition also brought out the talents of Bulaceños, featuring dancing contingents dressed in lavish costumes performing synchronized routines inspired by local culture and traditions.</p><p><br/></p><p>The winners of the Parada ng Karosa will be announced on September 13, where more events will take place as part of the festival.</p>]]></description>
