It is a very specific term, referring to violent crimes committed with the intent to destroy the existence of the group. One of the largest ever Genocides was the Nazi Holocaust of the Jews.

The group was founded by a man named Tom Andrews. Some of the people who work for this organization include Niemat Ahmadi, Concepcion Gaxiola, Erik Leaver and Daniel P. Sullivan.

One of the strategies that they use to get people into action is to either contact the President of the United States (Barack Obama) or to donate or sponsor what they call the Security and Accountability Act. They say that this is one of the best ways for Americans to get involved and help with some current day issues such as the ethnic cleansing in Burma or the Humanitarian Crisis in Syria.

In my opinion the first option that they gave was kind of pointless because, let's be honest, it isn't all that easy to get a hold of the President of the United States himself and I have a feeling that it would be entirely pointless to put it by his secretary or whoever would answer his phones for him. The second way I think might be a little bit more useful in this case. The reason I say that is because they are working toward actually preventing and ending genocide rather than the President because he probably already has loads and loads of things on his mind and has lots of people pestering him to do more.

The impression that I got from the website was that this organization was run on donations and sponsors. The way that they want you to join or get involved is by attending their events such as concerts, rallies, and meetings that help you learn about genocide and how to prevent it in your own community.

This organization was founded by Mikayla Henry on September 18, 2014. Some of the people that work for this organization include professionals from the community as well as anyone who is willing to volunteer their time and/or money for the organization. This organization is also hiring right now and they are willing to accept as many people are willing to work hard toward this cause. 

Some of the strategies that the organization uses to get the news out there about their organization and most importantly genocide is through either private, or public meetings with small groups of people and also through public rallies and presentations. I find that the strategies we use in getting the word out there are rather effective because it raises awareness about the genocide issue and also gives people a chance to meet with us and find out more about what our organization is all about and maybe how to join or sponsor us.

One way that we fund this organization is through donations and and sponsors of people who are against genocide as much as we are. Another great way to get people to donate to this cause is if we have one on one meetings with them and they realize that we are serious about what we do and they'll trust us to do well with our money because there can be a lot of crooked organizations out there just trying to get your money but they won't do anything useful with it and that money will not actually go toward helping the cause.
