Ayo, it has been a great experience working with you, navigating all the CARM controls. While it could be a touchy subject where some might rather workaround the controls, you made it so clear that facing control issues is not something to be scared of, but something to work with towards a common goal. You created a safe and comfortable environment where we could self-report potential control issues and own up. Your energy and dedication will be missed; a memory came to mind - a time when we both kept forgetting we're on different time zones but I still had so many control questions but you still had the energy to respond right away even if it's past your bedtime.
