There are many organizations that are against the Fourth Amendment, one organization would be the law enforcement. Police officers do attend to break the 4th Amendment often therefore I would assume that they are against it. An example of the police breaking the 4th Amendment would be when a SWAT had raided famous rapper J.Cole's house without a search warrant.

The Fourth Amendment is one of the 10 Bill of Rights that was written on September 25, 1789. The 4th Amendment is known as the “search and seizure” amendment meaning that, no law enforcement would be able to search you or your properties, including your house, car, or bag; for no apparent reason. The only way they are allowed to search you is they have a warrant or if an illegal act is currently visible. The Fourth Amendment protects citizens of the United States by giving us the opportunity to put police officers in their place and keeps them from abusing their power of authority. I think the citizens that should be most aware of the 4th Amendment and its Supreme Court cases are those who commit crimes and often have illegal substances and or weapons on them. In order to stay out of jail and stay protected by the 4th Amendment I think that those individuals that do carry illegal drugs and illegal firearms should stay posted on certain websites and articles such as, https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/fourth_amendment this website will give those individuals a chance to learn and get a better understanding of exactly what the Fourth Amendment is. Another article those individuals should visit is, http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2014/06/how-fourth-amendment-not-protect/ this article will give four ways the 4th Amendment will not protect, and warn them that the Fourth Amendment was not made to help criminals successeed but to protect the human rights of We the People.
