For example, the stress of daily work and problems of daily life. This problem is important because it can affect memory and cause memory impairment and the increase and persistence of this pressure leads to damage to brain cells. I decided to talk about this problem which, although it is a serious problem and which is extremely harmful to humans, has not arisen much. I also decided to talk about it because I have information that I want to share. The causes of stress may be external or internal. External causes are changes in life in general or work, difficulties in social and personal relationships, financial problems, permanent preoccupation, or family problems. As for internal reasons, they do not accept the absence of a specific goal or direction in life, pessimism, negative self-talk, unrealistic expectations, idealism, lack of firmness and perseverance.</div>]]></description>

The effect differs from one person to another and depends on the&nbsp;situation they go through when they are stressed, but in any case the effect comes with a negative effect on these people. First, the negative impact of stress on person’s psyche, such as bad mood, difficulty relaxing and a tendency to loneliness. For example, if you are a very nervous person, you will find it difficult to relax and everything around you will make you nervous and make you think a lot. So you will prefer to sit alone in order to feel comfortable and this is unhealthy because it will make you isolated from the world. Second, the negative impact of stress on the human body, such as headache, stomach pain and insomnia. For example, most people when they are stressed because of the exams are also accompanied by stomach pain, and this may effect their performance and make them face difficulty sleeping due to a lot of thinking. Finally, the negative impact of stress on the behavior and life of a person. The person with stress may get used to bad behavior’s such as nail biting, also makes him a person who evades responsibilities and is unable to make decisions. From my point of view, tension has negative effects on society because it makes members of society less productive, more isolated and reduces communication between them. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stress is one of the most common problems that afflict people. I’m going to tell you now about someone who has this problem in my family, which is my sister. My sister was suffering from insomnia and not being able to sleep. She was not sleeping for long and thinking too much about problems at works. Which led to a lot of stress in her life. Her mental and physical health was affected by the stress. Her problems wad compounded because she took sleeping pills without a prescription. She could not sleep without these pills. This led to an increase in stress and depression in her life. My sister suffered from this problem for a year. But in the end, she wanted to solve this problem and face it. She turned to a psychiatrist. So the doctor developed an appropriate treatment plan for the problem through medications and sedatives, but for a short period. In addition to self-treatment, such as setting a time for sleep and sticking to it, avoiding noise and relaxation exercises. It took 3 months of treatment, after this her problem was solved. Finally, many people have a problem of stress and more dangerous than this problem, but they avoid going to a psychiatrist because they are afraid of society’s view. I think it is the right choice for solving big psychological problems like stress.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The best solution to reduce stress is sports, due to the diversity of it is methods, as there are many exercises that can be performed, and the exercises differ from one person to another according to preference. Exercising reduces nervous stress because it reduces the level of stress hormones in the body such as cortisol and helps release endorphins, which improves mood and prevents insomnia. It is the most effective and most common method as it distracts the mind from negative thoughts and excessive stress and is healthy for the body. There are many exercises such as running, swimming, yoga, meditation and many others. I will mention to you a simple action plan on how to get rid of stress through one of the exercises. First, you only have to choose your favorite sport. Second, you choose the right day and time to do this sport. Third and finally, commit to this sport and do it at least once a week and with time you will get rid of stress. The steps may seem simple, but their impact is very strong and effective. All it takes is commitment and choosing the right sport for you.</div>]]></description>
