Each tab has basic info on the teacher (grade-level, subject area, years in service, degrees, Certs/endorsements, and focus for improvement, etc.), then the spreadsheet tracks when we met, objectives/ goals, observations, PDs, data reviews, action items, check-ins, etc. I just take my laptop when I meet with teachers and I have a full history or road map of what we have done together. It is easy to forget how confusing data analysis can be for novices. There is so much data and you can take it in so many directions. This realization helped me stop the glazed "deer in headlights" look from my teachers. When I decided to show data visually with graphic organizers, teachers started to feel less intimidated and more confident.
