He found it surprising that they advise government agencies and i found it surprising how much career choice paid. 
Alexis favorite resource was BLS.gov I found the information on the  skills on it to be valuable . 
Charlie found onetonline.org to be helpful , he found it useful to understand what someone in that career actually does.
