Some NA's are using a lot of RAY data as well as other qualitative/quantitative data.  It's possible to use different approaches to answer these questions.  Some use focus-groups and for the future of the programmes it's necessary to have stakeholders that are not applying now... to know how we can change/adapt to get different/other/broader applicants.

If we have national focus then RAY should be able to add it for us.
