Time walks a never ending race in the face of adversary

Time sprints a mile when in happiness and lands in nostalgia

Flying by with no way to slow down, no proof, there is nothing to show

There is a trick time plays on us

There is no way to know 

There is only an end to the trick

The trick doesn’t stop till time is over

Time tricks and ticks till it stops and sits

Unlucky for many, a magician never tells his secrets 

Magic makes time fly away from our grasp

Magic causes memories to fade

Magic unbuckles the clasp of many which man has made

Time is a magician if only he knew

Time keeps wandering and lurking deeper into the unknown knowledge

Time knows all, but only shows what he wants to

Time is ever a-wasting

Time does not stop in the face of adversary

Time is a magician waving his want to alert the weary

That if we are not smart enough to know the tricks he plays

Magic, like time, will see another life fade
