But they are describing it. It is really weird that I want to keep reading even thought I am really grossed out. My book is so interesting and I love it. But also Jefferey had bruises developing all over his body, he described it in a again very disturbing way, but  I kept reading. I am so addicted and afraid that Jefferey is going to die. Instead of using hopes or dreams the author used aspirations. It helps me understand that Steven is desperate that his brother gets better. Its nice that he is finally realizing how much he needs his brother. I think I can connect to that because I underestimate how much I really need my sister. Whenever I am stressed I love to go to he gym. just like it helps him relieve his stress playing the drums it helps for me to exercise. We both do these activities because we are good at doing them and we enjoy them most over other activities. He started out a cold hearted brother who treated Jeffrey with unregretful words and actions. He has changed by standing up for Jefferey and choosing family over crushes and chances that might never happen again. I feel that Steven is becoming a better person because Annette cares so much about everyone and everything. I am inferring based on his actions that he wants to be just like Annette, caring, kind, and selfless. I think he is having one of those mental mind games where if he does something he does not want to do it will make god cure Jefferey. I can make a connection with that too. I think that if I do something a different way the next day I will do horrible at track or with school work. I hope he learns that nothing is going to happen. I learned that hard way, but am I am lucky I don´t do it anymore. It is so heartfelt that he does it though. I connected the two cats together and said that the two cats are from the same family or have the same personality based on the meaning of the poems because they had the same exact wording. The difference between the cats is the appearance in which they had a different shape or color.
