I want to give students a space to write down their feelings and emotions if they need someone to talk to. I think we tell them so much that emotions are "good" or "bad" when in reality, it's just emotions and how you feel. I want them to know it's okay to be stressed out by school or not like it because it's not made for them and have a discussion about it rather than students just having negative emotions and no where to voice them and just hate school. That way I can help change my classroom to revolve around their needs and wants and make it the best place for them to learn rather than the best place I think it is to learn when I am not the student.
