    Not only do they offer free food, they also provide opportunities for migrant workers to improve their well being and let loose after a hard day’s work.

    There are some migrant workers that are unable to get paid and work after getting injured from work.

    1. How do they manage the funds to run this facility?

    2. Are there any other plans to branch this concept out to other areas?


      I feel very optimistic as I read about such contributions to the community, knowing that there will always be someone making an effort to make migrant workers feel more comfortable.

  • They have alot of money just to work in Singapore and the funds allocation are not given nor explicit. I also find that they showed the thought process. The total cost of Mr Rakibul’s loan was also able to buy 3000 cups of bubble tea.

    Reading about immigrants’ stories helped us see the world through different eyes people who may have fled war, chased dreams, or started from scratch in a new country. It builds empathy, understanding, and compassion.
