There are some people argue that employee should be shorten their work time. Though there would be a potential economic drawbacks, in my opinion, this offer is sensible and advisable.

Critic of the reduced working day point at the repercussions for productivity. Logically, shorten the working day would be decrease time for an individual to finish  their work. In the major industries, this would result in the lower sales and earning figures. The national GDP may witness a downward trend because of the dramatical decline in consumption. Additionally, the tax revenue collected from individuals and

corporations would fall, and thus less government budget on infrastructure and education, hindering potential economic growth.

Nonetheless, there are the significant advantages of longer weekends to improve quality of life. The number of rest day in current is a challenge for workers to enjoy a trip, engage some long-term projects out of their work or spend enough time for their family. An additional day would allow for greater flexibility in all these respects. For example, the average worker who is occupied at an office or company for the majority of the week, might only think of resting and relaxing on the weekend. Given an extra day on the weekend, this person might be more encouraged to take a more active role in family life or develop an interest outside of work, such as making art or playing a sport, that requires more energy and commitment.

In conclusion, despite their disadvantages for productivity, a shorter work week would yield numerous substantial advantages for the average worker and should therefore be taken into account by policymakers.Therefore, I highly recommend giving additional days of the weekend for workers

 It is believed that managing the cost is essential for each person to improve their finance for future. In my opinion, I strongly agree that it is imperative for individual of all ages, including youngsters, to save to ensure their budget and be independent in their future.

First of all, saving money helps people to develop money-management skill. Young people who learn how to allocate their spending carefully  will become more responsible for their finance as adults. This discipline can help people to avoid the pitfall of unreasonable shopping. For example, a teenager who saves parts of their earning from part-time jobs is practicing valuable money management skills that will serve them well throughout life.

Secondly, saving money can rescue us from emergencies. This is because we do not know what will happen in us future and money is a popular solution for almost problems. For instance, in case of a car accident, saved money could be used to pay for a damaged auto and prevent us from getting into debts. Therefore, saving to improve your budget makes us more confident to handle a circumstance which suddenly occurs.

In conclusion, saving money for the future is essential for everyone, including young people. It fosters financial discipline, ensures economic security, and opens up avenues for future investments and opportunities. By prioritizing savings from a young age, individuals can build a strong foundation for a financially secure and prosperous future.

In this day and age, it is argued that the working week needs to be shortened in order to offer longer weekends to workers. From my point of view, I firmly advocate this statement due to these following reasons. 

The first and foremost benefit of reducing the working time is it can enhance the mental and physical well-being of workers. Shifting from a usual working week to a shorter number of working days is able to give workers extra days for their personal tasks like family gatherings and playing sports. Long working hours can lead to anxiety, and stress while working in fewer days may help recharge the energy, better sleep and lower risks of stress-related issues. Therefore, the overall health of labours can be improved and raise their satisfaction at their work which may promote a healthier lifestyle and limit the level of stress when they are mentally and physically healthy.  

Another merit result in this practice is it can provide a healthy and flexible working environment. For example, Belgium became the first country in Europe to introduce a law imposing a 4-day working week, which allows employees to decide the option to work four or five days a week. This change does not reduce the total output but distributes the work in fewer days. After implementing this regulation, Belgium’s labour market has witnessed a significant improvement in productivity. Having that flexibility can improve work-life balance, which improves the level of employee’s satisfaction and efficiency.

In conclusion, introducing the shortened working weeks is likely to be beneficial for both workers and businesses as not only this practice allows employees to enhance their well-being but also fosters a rise in productivity for companies.

Some people believe that workers should be given more time to unwind at the weekend along with a shorter work schedule in weekdays. Personally, I disagree with this statement for the following reasons.

Granted, one might argue that decreasing the amount of time could gain significant benefits for people who are employed. This is predicated on the assumption that they can enjoy themselves and spend time with their loved ones after hard working days.  According to this state, workers can put all their jobs behind their backs so that they will have a meaningful time without any circumstances of the company annoying them. However, this line of reasoning is not sound because some still have days off during the work commitment, in total all of them can be equal to the time employees drop out on the weekend in one year. Moreover, instead of waiting for 4 to 5 days to relax, the evenings of each day are wonderful times to take a rest and get out of the work institutions.

Besides this, having lots of time and not participating in any work activities may result in the laziness of some workers. There are some available officers who often want time to move as fast as possible to the rest days; thus, the productivity can also decline dramatically, and this can make them refuse to finish their duty attentively. Moreover, if the government promulgate this rules, the society will suffer from the lack of laborers in specific time, especially weekend. Suppose that a resident needs the help of workers in a category but they all miss out because of the time off they have. This can lead to the disorder between citizens and their demand when they call for help.

In conclusion, I hold the view that companies and offices should not shorten the working time in a week for employees to make them have more days off in a week as there will be an unwillingness to work among them, and the rest days along with the leave of absence they have when attending full-time jobs are sufficient.

On the one hand, if the working schedule stays the same, working from Monday till Friday and resting on Saturday and Sunday, there will be more time to work, study, and develop ourselves. A week only has five days to work, turning one more or more than one of them can cause a lack of efficiency because, after a rest time, you will struggle and take some time to get back to work. The longer you rest the longer it will take to gain the best mood to perform your job.

On the other hand, getting a day more to rest might be a good idea. For example, as a student, I usually have homework and tasks at the weekend, so despite taking a break, playing video games, and doing something that I usually don’t have time to do, finishing school and extra class exercises will take me all day and that not even include the time for me to have a look at my notebook so that I can have a little revise on what I have studied. On the remaining day, I do not rest well because I have to worry about the upcoming week and this makes me tired and feel exhausted on Monday.

In conclusion, despite the drawback of having a longer rest time, I believe a less stressful weekend and starting a new week without feeling less energetic might be great.

Nowaday, there is a hot debate that the working week should be reduced and workers should be given more days to rest. In my point of view, Instead of some drawbacks of this phenomenon, I strongly believe that workers who have more time to rest can work more efficiently.

On the one hand, shortening the working week and giving more rest time to workers have some downsides. Decreasing the working time may slow down the task completion, leading to the fall of economic income of a group, company or even a country. For instance, in a developing country, it is clear that increasing working time is more useful for national development than reducing it. In addition, If reducing working time happens, the motivation of everyone in society may fall. When an organization reduces working period without demanding the working duty, the financial earning will go down exceedingly leading to the lack of wage to pay for staff. Therefore, the enthusiasm for work may disappear.

On the other hand, the staffs received more time for rest can improve their working efficiency. If workers have more time to rest, the stress that pressurizes them day by day can be reduced. They can spend more time pursuing their dream, hobbies and being near their families. By this way, their mind will be refreshed, they will have more motivation for working resulting in rocketing the working productivity and coming up with a lot of interesting ideas that are useful for their organization. By the way, these activities can promote the general commercial developments so that the living standard of almost all residents can be improved significantly.

In short, I strongly believe that making the working period in a week shorter and giving workers more time to relax can be an efficient way that helps improve the quality of a group.

Many people argue that the week for working should be reduced, which results in the labor force will enjoy their weekend in the longer way. Personally, I completely agree with this statement.

On the one hand, increasing in the resting day may have some adverse effect. Cutting down some days in the working week may provide workers with the schedule having more days for relaxation. This can rise laziness. For example, people are prone to be unattentive in their work among days before the resting days because they looking forward to the plans in the weekend so they want their time for working to fly as much as possible. In some aspects, productivity can decline significantly since that will slow down the task completion which brings about the detrimental trend in the national economy.

Apart from the practical disadvantages expressed above, I believe that employees who have more time to reset their mind, will work efficiently.

This will give chances for people who try hard in their working days to have enough time to put their own mind at reset as well as get ready for the new tasks or project. In this way, the productivity in work seems to be improved which lead to the rise in the profit of major industries.

In conclusion, for the reasons I have mention above, I strongly believe that giving more time for workers to rest at the weekend is beneficial for both employees and employers

Overall, there was a significant change from a pristine village to a bustling tourist area including infastructure development and the increase of accommodation, which leads to a growing number of population from 12.000 to 80.000 .

As can be seen in 1974, there was a forest and many olive trees at the back of the village. Furthermore, a village in the northeast raised sheep and goats. The fishing village is located close to the coast so it was very convenient for people's work.

30 years later, the fishing village has had many new changes but the villages have remained in the same position. The area has started to have more architecture for tourism development such as there are many hotels with sea views. The olive groves and groves have in turn been replaced by land for growing vegetables and fruits that supply hotels and a golf course. Additionally, there was a souvenir shop in the northwest village.
