I have recently developed a hobby for playing block blast, and the sole person to blame is none other than Denise Beatrice Siccio. I often see her playing the game during our 10-minute breaks, so I got quite intrigued and downloaded it. Now, Bea, Lana, and I play the game as a past time and as a way of bonding with one another.

I usually use this app to communicate with my friends, post stories, and to check the addu shs freedom wall. In my opinion, this app is basically just like facebook, but more on the aesthetic side.

There's pretty much nothing going on in this app. I just open pinterest to look for cute inspiration pictures, and when I am bored and don't have any other apps I can think of opening (which happens all the time).

This is an app that I cannot live without. I use tiktok on a daily basis and it has the longest spent duration on my phone's screen time.

At this point, messenger is an essential, and that's because all of our school-related group chats are on there. I use this app to communicate with my family, friends, and classmates. And, in my opinion, this app is way better than instagram when it comes to communication because you can long press people.

The media that I listed are those that I use most often. For me, I don't think that my usage stems from essentially liking the app/platform, but mostly because of its function and the connection it allows me to have with other people. As someone who has lots of friends from far and wide, I deem media as a bridge of communication, which is why most, if not all, of the apps I listed have something to do with communication purposes. Personally, I think the way I use these media has influenced me in a way that is more positive than negative. This is because most of my personality is rooted in what I intake and see from each platform. Aside from that, I think I'm a pretty responsible online user; therefore, I can say that most of what I see is fitted to what can motivate me. But, of course, there are times wherein media gets me distracted and leads me to procrastinate; this is something I can't and will not deny. However, I still believe that media has influenced me in a more positive way because I choose to have control over it as a tool that can enhance my abilities rather than have it control me as a person.
