         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>1) <br>Idea: Hopes &amp; Fears<br><br>How do you conduct:<br></strong>Activity will be done anonymously.<br>1) Write on a post-it about their personal goals on a post-it. 2) Write on a post-it of their hopes and fears.<br>3) Post-its will be placed in the middle of the group where students can look at their peers goals, hopes and fears.<br>4) Students to pick a post-it of goals and hopes and fears that does not belong to them, read it and reflect if it resonates with them.<br>5) Post-its can be displayed throughout the camp where students can continuously review their personal goals and if they have achieved it.<br><strong><br>Logistic(s) needed: <br></strong>Post-its.<br><br><strong>2) <br>Idea: Jigsaw Puzzle<br><br>How do you conduct:<br></strong>OAE to prepare an animal puzzle (based on their group name)<br>1. Every student will take a piece of the puzzle<br>2. Each student will write their personal goal(s) for the camp at the back of the puzzle.<br>3. Students to write their name on the piece of puzzle for accountability and ownership.<br>4. OAE will facilitate how the different personal goals are pieces of the puzzle to form the group.<br><strong><br>Logistic(s) needed:<br></strong>Jigsaw puzzles<br><br><strong>3)<br>Idea: Pizza goal</strong><br><br><strong>How to conduct:</strong><br>OAE to prepare a sample of a pizza with four categories based on the activities that they will be experiencing in the camp (e.g. Journey, Team-building, HE, Kayaking)<br>1. Students will draw a pizza based on the sample provided.<br>2. Each student will write at least one personal goal for each category on their pizza.<br>3. After filling up their pizza goals individually, students will cut their pizzas based on the different category.<br>4. Students can paste their pizza slices on the wall based on the different category.<br>5. This activity is to sense the dynamics of the group, get the vibe of the group (working together) Set the tone or the vibe of the group</strong> <strong><br></strong><br><strong>2) <br>Idea: Finding their Names</strong> <strong><br><br>How do you conduct: Get them to write their name and paste it on the ball, the balls will be scatted all around the dorms, they will need to find their ball with their name. Lead up can get the group to help each other find their balls. (working together as a group) As a group they need to get their group names and at the same time allow them to think what they want as their group goals<br></strong><br></div><div><strong>Base on the simple games, what were the values was brought up and that they will be their group goals and pen it down on their group butcher paper. (Visual Aid)<br>&nbsp;</strong></div><div><strong>Logistic(s) needed</strong><br><strong>Balls, masking tapes, markers<br></strong><br><strong>3) <br>Idea: Paper Origami (forming a paper chain)</strong> <br><br><strong>How do you conduct: Paper will have their names on it, they will link it up together like a metal chain, which involves everyone (working together in synergy) acts as a reminder to the students the paper links, to show that everyone needs to work together (sense of purpose) when someone is left out, it will be a broken link, paper chains can be used to tapped upon the different Los during the various activities. The chain link will be around the group norms written on the board.</strong> <br><br><strong>Logistic(s) needed<br>Paper, writing materials<br><br>4) <br>Idea: Puzzle</strong> <br><br><strong>How do you conduct: Write down their individual strengths and weakness and individual goals on their puzzle pieces, they will paste it on their group board and they are all link up as a group, with the help of the OAEs, the students will get a piece of the puzzle after attempting their task. The back of the puzzle will be their school values, and they will see whether did they managed to piece up all the puzzles, and if they have a missing piece, they will see how they can get the puzzle to be in a whole picture.<br><br>Logistic(s) needed<br>Puzzle pieces<br><br>5)<br>Idea: Tapping on their experience on setting their goals, (prior experience like setting goals in their CCA)<br><br>How do you conduct: What are the ways they can set a group goals.
