The only thing I seem to have time for these days, that I find helpful, centering, to start my day is: "Touchstones: Daily Meditations for Men" that includes: 1) famous quote  2) short two paragraph meditation on it relative to healthy thinking/living and 3) one or two sentence simple language prayer.

(I tend to binge read on, then off, and am in off stage via a hectic school year, but thanks for the reminder, Ms. Roudez.)
