To keep learning! There are so many women who have suffered and who have fought, and it's a disservice to let their work fade with time. We have to keep their memory alive and carry on their legacy and work so that the future generations can carry the torch after us.

Keep educating myself, reading, and keeping up with government policies, especially now, that affect women of color, women in the LGBTQ+ community, women from third world countries, etc.

To remain an active feminist I can stay updated on current laws/ policy changes and assess how these might be affecting women (specifically women of color) especially when in times of voting.

With all the knowledge I've gained from WGS 137, I can remain an active feminist by staying informed about current issues related to gender equality and advocating for change in my community. I can engage in discussions, support feminist organizations, and participate in events that promote awareness. Additionally, I can challenge stereotypes and educate others about feminism, helping to create a more inclusive environment. It's all about using what I've learned to make a positive impact and support the movement.

Gotta keep questioning the why and how things came to be! Uncovering history and witnessing changes in real time is important to understanding oppression and how marginalized people get mistreated. Don’t obey in advance, rely on other human beings in your community for support.

Through this course one of the main things that I have taken away is that education is one of the biggest forms of resistance. We have also covered many strategies that we can use in order raise awareness about social issues. In the future will take the knowledge I have gained to not only raise awareness for social issues but teach others these strategies as well.
