In addition it keeps the file size small which ensures there is not a long load or download time for the image<br><br>They are also good for cartoon graphics, the GIF format is the most widely used format used on the web. GIFS also support images with no backgrounds, but are commonly used for images that have line art cartoons and text. They are used for images with a little amount of colours. </div>]]></description>
