When in group they must engage in discussion, if there is a point of time that they don't want to talk they don't have to and they can pass on their turn for that time. Basic needs are needing to be met throughout each session. Everyone needs to follow guidelines and make sure that the group rules are being met. This leadership style is considered one of the most effective leadership style.

Instillation of Hope, Universality, Imparting of information, Development of socializing techniques, Altruism. (Yalom, 1995.)
Each of these factors will be present in some way throughout the course of the group. Every week we will try and touch a new factor and discuss it with trying to help each other up and better ourselves.
