If your are close and you know both of you are comfortable to a certain extent, then i think it is fine. 

If you do not know the person well or you know they are sensitive then I think you should refrain from using such terms

-Might be an offensive view, but respectful people wouldn't need to use derogatory terms just to "win" an argument. Using derogatory terms are often associated with a sign of hostility, prejudice and hatred for others. Mostly because when the receiver has no control over their outwards appearance and is being insulted with labels of malice.
