At school we made a type of bread that we traditionally make in Greece on Lazarus Saturday. These are "lazarakia"! They are small breads in the shape of a person. We put cloves for eyes.

Our students in the workshop of "Agriculture, Food and Environment", learned about the raw material, wheat, and how it is processed into flour. Then in the English and Greek language lesson, they learned various recipes for making bread. Finally, through the combination of the two lessons, they put into practice what they learned and the final result was a very tasty bread which was served to all the students and teachers.Good appetite!!
