I continue this fight to demand better for all the current and future patients and their families. This diagnosis shouldn't be a death sentence so we must Demand Better! It's great to see progress over the past few years but it's not enough, we must advance research for early detection and treatment. Being a part of this movement for change gives me purpose in my loss. My mom lost her husband of 38 years. He was 66 years old and planning to retire at the end of that year.
