         <description><![CDATA[<div>Finally, it can be concluded that New Zealand's high-quality ECE services take precedence over lower-quality ECE services, allowing New Zealand to lay the groundwork for future ECE globally. New Zealand holds promising innovative change in ECE, however, these policies haven’t been in place long enough to determine satisfactory results. The dynamic combination of consecutive powers at work in ECE policy needs to be resolved in order to achieve optimum learning outcomes for the children. This leaves us with the question as to whether or not ECE in New Zealand will continue to work in unison as major political parties don’t show interest in full public provision of ECE services. The value of sharing precise societal ideas and outcomes for children still remains a valuable underlying factor of ECE policy in New Zealand and as such there exists an urge for the current policy to cater better for societal change. Again, there is lack of sufficient research on ECE in New Zealand.</div>]]></description>
