This tricks students into learning by making them think that they are beating levels or gaining achievements through the use of dopamine releasing rewards. Anything that can motivate the child and make it fun for them propels their ability to learn.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hands on activities (using the bags of staples) By implementing kinesthetics, children can find joy in seeing the math in motion. A two planed piece of paper holds no reward in a child's mind except the feng shui of neat numbers written on a page. Activities where things are physically moved around can stimulate the child's mind and help them understand the concept better. Finding the right mix of fun and learning can bring a lot of excitement to the classroom.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Allowing each student to work individually with guided instruction to maximize their ability for independence. This increases the student's confidence which exponentially increases their desire to learn and achieve. Transitioning from The teacher teaching the entire lesson to mostly the teacher teaching, to mostly the student doing the work, to the student doing all of the work gradually releases them into a confident state. Math can be a very tough subject. Slowly allowing the student to master it reduces their chance of failure.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Tiger method T - teacher as a facilitator. I - individual work. G - group work. E - evaluation. R - reinforcement. This is an abridged version of most lesson plan models. It fits mathematics better because of this. The group work can allow the students to bounce their ideas off of each other to help them learn. Evaluation assesses their progress and reinforcement makes sure they retain the information.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
