         <description><![CDATA[<div>Electric Transit made it easier for cities to spread outward. They started electric transit with a street car that had an electric motor in Richmond, Virginia. They also fed the growth suburbs as people were able to commute to and from work easier. They continued to change it with some cities mostly putting the cars down below the ground or above it like in Chicago.</div>]]></description>

One example of this is central park in New York and were used to help relax the city's inhabitants and to help them enjoy a natural setting. They used urban planning to plan city centers and harbors for places with lakes.</div>]]></description>

Less expensive paper and better printing presses made the costs much lower to produce. They found that wood pulp could be made into paper they started producing larger quantities of cheap paper.</div>]]></description>
