I developed new learning by reducing the amount of servings down to two instead of four and sharing the meal with my partner. He gave me feedback on the taste of my dish and I made revisions to my techniques before I cooked the meal again.

I applied new learning when I cooked the dish again for my entire family and successfully made the appropriate revisions.

 I evaluated my learning by tasting the revised dish with thoughtful consideration and making note of what I really enjoyed when eating the meal.
