I am from Colombia and I live in the municipality of Campoalegre. I live with my mom and my son. We live in an apartment located in the Jardin neighborhood, which has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a small patio.

Every day I get up at 7:00 am I prepare breakfast and we have breakfast at 7:20 am. I work at home so at 10:00 I prepare lunch and at 12:00 we have lunch I hardly leave the house, I like to be at home and spend time with my baby and when I have free time my baby sleeps I study English with duolingo. at 8:00 p.m. we have dinner and at 9:30 p.m. we go to bed. fue una buena experiencia ya que aprendí a hacer textos en ingles a describir mi personalidad, describir mi residencia y mi rutina lo cual es muy importante y útil en cualquier ocasión

si  el ingles es muy importante porque aprendi a describirme de manera personal y a usar los conectores tambien es importante que como psicologos podamos hablar ingles para poder comunicarnos con personas que hablan ese idioma

 ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional? 
es muy importante ya que nos permite aprender nuevos aprendizajes y vivir nuevas experiencias en la vida profesional

yo siempre participo en el foro unas veces mas activa que otras
 ¿prepare y dedique suficiente tiempo para realizar una buena presentación oral en el video y/ o asesoría sincrónica ?
si le dedique bastante tiempo ya que se me dificultaba un poco la pronunciación y grabar yo sola el video y mirar a mi niño pero pues siento que lo podía hacer mejor. 

¿me siento mas seguro de expresarme oralmente en ingles?
pues no muy segura porque me dieron nervios de hacerlo mal  pero si aprendí mucho de la actividad.


¿ como aporta este aprendizaje a la vida personal y profesional?

pues yo diría que el ingles es un idioma fundamental ya que es un idioma mundial y en mi vida personal me serviría para poderme comunicar con personas que ejercen ese idioma y en lo profesional me parece que aprender este idioma abre muchas puertas all momento de encontrar un empleo.
