Most of my classes are delivered as online Zoom classes, so I learned a lot from revisiting some ideas that I've learned before (WIPPEA model, backwards design, DOKs) and thinking about how to write learning objectives for classes in an online environment with both synchronous and asynchronous learning. We were asked to brainstorm ideas on how to teacher or a lecture that you may have performed. My biggest problem is that I haven't been a teacher or even have taught any kind of class. Not sure what to do I waited to see what someone else did and I got someone to post. Jeanie posted her idea and as I read it, it made a lot of sense and was able to complete my homework. I even let her know that she helped me to complete my discussion post. With both of use being new to teaching we have helped each other out.
