We managed to back each other during the soccer matches which we played in a group. i was the goalie, a boy from 11th grade was defending, we managed to concede zero goals by working together. The best way we could solve these problems were to use teamwork. Teamwork helped us by telling us what other peoples perspectives were on the problem. this helped us to get a number of different solution and if we had different solution we could get all of them together and find the best one possible, even after we had found a solution we had all liked. No matter what gender, what race or what relation we have with our group members, if we work collaboratively and support our group it is much easier to be successful. There might be a few challenges, such as not everyone you like will get a chance to work with you all the time. So we need to socialise and communicate with our group members for our own benefit as a group. In service, we are doing things to help others, so keeping that in mind we need to work with whoever we have in our group. Friendship, socialisation and equality are factors we need to keep in mind, we need to socialise with everyone and treat them equally not making any certain one feel bad about themselves. We should always look at the good side to everyone and everything and embrace their abilities. In order to support others, we need to support ourselves. We were paired up in groups of two and three. We (me and my partner) worked together to create an infographic and we divided up the work equally - I typed, edited and designed the infographic and she looked through the given documents, then underlined the important sections. Together we were able to finish our task in time. For that we used teamwork even though i might have worked with some seniors i haven't talked to before, but also personal friendship helped all of us come together and work effectively as a group. We always cooperated instead of ordering each other what to do. We shared all the jobs and worked toward making the day a memorable day for the Solmaid kids. Overall it was a really good day and we all became quite good friends. Service day made a lot us became close yo each other and help us try to be more effective as a group.
