 Also, if you would prefer a renewal quote instead of the online form, I would be happy to prepare one.  To prepare the renewal quote, I will just need to know your student counts for testing for MAP, for MAP for Primary Grades and for MAP Science (if applicable).  Again, we will need to finalize your renewal plans prior to your current license’s expiration.

I hope this message finds you well.  I am writing to check in on your MAP testing as well as discuss plans for your MAP testing next year. As a reminder, your current NWEA license is set to expire on XXXX. We will need to receive your renewal confirmation prior to the license expiration date.  

 

I’ve attached a quote with your current license numbers, but if you need to adjust them, please let me know.  Our Business Operations team also sends out reminders of your renewal the second Tuesday of each month guiding you to renew online.  You can renew by signing the attached quote or by renewing online through the portal link.

 

I wanted you to be aware of some new things:
 

·       The NWEA MAP Testing app for iPad and iPad mini devices is now available in the iTunes App Store
 

·       In April we are releasing a brand new report that will have a comparison module in the student profile. It will show how your students are performing not just on the norms, but also if they are on track for college or to pass the state summative assessment.  I’ve attached a sample of what it will look like.  Once it is ready, you will receive a notification.
