This week we will be putting up a sports challenge each day. The challenge will be put on Padlet and Twitter the night before to give you time to organise your equipment. We would love if all the family would get involved in these challenges. Also could you please send in pictures to the school email for us to share on Twitter.

Sports challenge 1.

The aim of this challenge is to see how many skips you can do in 30 seconds.

You can vary this challenge by skipping, forwards, backwards, on one leg, 2 legs or by getting 2 people to hold the skipping rope while you jump.

You choose what way you want to skip and get all the family involved.

EQUIPTMENT-  stopwatch and skipping rope.
