Not all of the time but some of the time. NEO said that your DNA isn't the deciding factor in everything.  But it affects everyone differently and everyone expresses them differently.

But again every human is different so  I don’t think there is one straight answer.  But what I can say is I think you are who you are based on experiences that you face in your life.  Yes, nature plays a big factor in who you are but I think nurture out rules nature most of the time.  ( then again I am no expert, but I guess that’s why I’m doing research).
