Last year, I was supposed to travel to Spain to see my favorite band live in Madrid. I had saved money for months, planned the trip carefully, and even dreamed about it almost every night. But the night before the flight, I stayed up late watching a series and forgot to set my alarm.

The next morning, I woke up in a panic and rushed to the airport, but I arrived just 10 minutes after the gate had closed. I tried to convince the staff to let me board, but it was too late.

If I had gone to bed earlier and set an alarm, I wouldn’t have missed that flight.
If I had caught the flight, I would have lived one of the best experiences of my life.

It still hurts to think about it. I missed something I had waited for so long, just because I wasn’t careful...
