From 2001 to 2004, Catherine Brennan served as Baltimore’s assistant city solicitor/assistant state's attorney for the Department of Housing and Community Development. Ms. Brennan joined Hudson Cook in 2004 and became a partner in 2008. In addition to engaging in consumer credit due diligence, she draws on deep knowledge of federal and state regulations to assist banks and other licensed lenders in the development and maintenance of consumer finance programs. Recognized in the Chambers FinTech 2020 USA Guide for Corporate, Securities and Financing, Ms. Brennan also appears in The Best Lawyers in America©2021 for Financial Services Regulation Law.
