 I can infer that The Nazi Propaganda targets disabled people. This is because the Nazis view them, as well as the physical and mentally handicapped people, as inferior to the society.Therefore,the math question was a propaganda to imply the fact that the nazi dislike the disabled and saying that the amount of money used to build the asylum can be used to build houses instead.

2. It is somewhat convincing because it talks about money.  Money has always been precious to people, thus, they'll have second thought regarding this group of people.

The group that has been targeted by the Nazi is the gypsies. They were targeted by the Nazi as the gypsies were so called aliens, prone to criminality and were unsuited for society.
2. I think that such propaganda is not very convincing as many people would already have their views on the gypsies and might think that the propaganda is just talking nonsense.
