Onebillion has created a student-driven approach that puts children in charge of their own learning. Onebillion provides literacy apps to children that do not have access to teachers. While our students in the U.S. do have the teachers, these findings are so important to how we can improve our education system. Adhyayan - This breakthrough in education reform is changing the ways teachers are observed and schools are audited.  Kavita Anand has created a system that lays fresh eyes on teachers. She has included stakeholders in this process that need to be considered in the United States. Priyanka Gupta of Ed Tech Review explains that, "By placing the process of audits in the hands of ‘insiders’ in schools, like parents, staff and students, she is shifting it from a process of scrutiny to that of self-evaluation and reflection" (Gupta, 8, 2017).      -More creativity will be required to create real-world scenarios for students to explore
     -New mindset for education
        -Teach the student, not the content!
        -Class should be student-centered, not adult centered. Teachers should allow
students to be in control with freedom and choices in their learning.
     -Be a facilitator, not an instructor.

2. Administration
      -Resources must be made available for students and teachers.
     -Make connections in the community. As teachers and students learn by exploring
            real-world issues, community resources (businesses, local government) would be
  a great help.
    -Be open to new ideas!
            -Nothing stifles creativity like a leader who says no to everything.

3. Students
    -A change in style will come.
    -Students will be allowed more expression and choices.
          -Students should not be forced into a cookie-cutter mold of what they should be.
                 Like students, learning is diverse and distinct (Robinson, 2006).
    -Students will take responsibility for their own learning and gain collaboration skills
        through peer learning (Leadbeater, 2010).
    -Students will focus on real-world issues, not just abstract academic concepts.
