Now that you have seen the Lorax and read the Truax, which one do you agree with more? Are there parts of each that you can agree or disagree with or are you Team Lorax or Team Truax?

I think I agree with the Lorax more. Although many people and organizations are taking initiatives to reduce the number of trees being cut down, and overall reduce global warming, we have not been able to make a lasting impact yet. Oceans, lakes, and rivers are still being polluted, and that negatively affects the marine biology living there. Winters are not as strong as they used to be due to global warming. In conclusion, I believe that both the Lorax and Truax exaggerate a little bit, however, the effect humans are causing through improper environmental care is outweighing the initiatives to help.

After reading and watching both, I agree more with the truax. The lorax has the right message and is passionate but the truax is more practical about how to achieve the goal that they both share. The truax also brought up things I had not considered before such as promoting biodiversity.

There are very good points from both the Lorax and the Truax. Ultimately I side with the Lorax because over the past few decade humans have done more harm than good to the environment. I understand that we need trees but we are at a point where we are killing the Earth.
