It is done by showing live or non-live videos of oneself, typically influences, showing their bodies posed (as like in a picture) and unposed. The purpose is to reveal that a picture is not how everyone looks, there is something hidden or not shown. This is quite different than how it used to be. Influences would take pictures of themselves posed and edited, which made views jealous and upset because they can never make their body look like theirs.
