It might not seem like a huge issue, but according to the Plastic Pollution Organization, 8 million metric tons of plastic ends up in our oceans. Our oceans are very important to us and plastic is destroying it. I would also have gun control. For example, when reaching college, let's say you've settled in becoming a scientist, hence you'll want to mainly study Science and a little of Math to prepare yourself with the knowledge that you'll actually require... But instead of learning only what you require to get yourself good to go, you'll be required to learn not only that, but English and History (along with other subjects)??? Why would a scientist require to learn and go just as deep into English and History as they are wanting to into Science and Math? In what situation within a scientist's career will they require learning History (which they've probably already learned in school) and English (which is used all the time nonetheless and is already aware of it's basic qualities)? If I was able to make my own government and laws I would probably start by changing our school system. To me, 8-3 Is way too long for a kid to learn up to 6 different subjects. I would make it so that one subject per day. So kids don't have to stress about turning in 6 different pages of homework. The next thing I would change is the way animals are treated. I would make more of no kill shelters and take dogs from other places that don't have homes and put them there. One more thing I would change is the use of drugs throughout the U.S. I would make it so that you need to have a certified medical I.D to buy any kind of drugs. My mom told me that schools in my area are actually known for certain drugs.

I would have a dictatorship having control over everyone. I would enforce laws that would help the environment like everyone needs to have solar and electric cars and run my country with renewable energy. My only citizens would be the 1% and if they wanted gasoline cars they would have to pay a monthly fine. If more people wanted to come into the country they would gave too take multiple tests. Everyone has different opinions and would disagree with what you think is best. Although, I would like everyone to except each other for who they are. Some things I would like to improve would be law about driving. I do think sixteen is a good age but, only for some people. No everyone is mature by sixteen.
I would also like to resolve homelessness.
