Like tipping in America is expected and considered rude and selfish if you don't when services are provided to you, but in china, Japan, and South Korea. it is rude to tip for services. But if he is acting out not listening refuses to do his work he is marked down. They teach him morals, manners, and how to behave, and listen to rules. Yesterday last night I was pulled over with a group of friends leaving the casino. We had our high beams on, that's why we were pulled over. Instead of just asking the driver for his ID the police asked to see ALL of our ID's. When I said no and questioned what for the officer became aggressive very quickly and threatened to take me to jail. I asked if there was suspicion that I was going to commit a crime, or did I match a description of someone they are looking for. At the end of the day I handed him my ID.
