Robbins & Phillip L. Hunsaker (2012), has many interpersonal skill-assessments throughout this literature. Pages 75-76 focuses on self-assessments for interpersonal skills. This assessment taken by both management and Tim in the scenario could resolve the ineffective communication. The missing factor between them is feedback. Tim gets assignments by mailbox and turns them in after completion, but if he was to have a moment of feedback then he could find out specifics such as priority, chronological order, and deadlines pertaining to assignments.
