         <description><![CDATA[<div><em>Training in Interpersonal Skills TIPS for Managing People at Work,</em> by authors Stephen P. Robbins &amp; Phillip L. Hunsaker (2012), has many interpersonal skill-assessments throughout this literature. Pages 75-76 focuses on self-assessments for interpersonal skills. This assessment taken by both management and Tim in the scenario could resolve the ineffective communication. The missing factor between them is feedback.
