Later we'll use the attached CCAT to establish a baseline and respond to become more effective coaches. In hopes of driving the consultation dynamic more towards collaborating and coaching, I tried to combine prompts from Elena Aguilar's "The Art of Coaching" with language from Laura Lipton's "Mentoring Matters". No tech tool to link yet, but Slack will be the first to set up, and we'll go from there. I've started reaching out via email and through face to face conversations, and have 5 of us already keen to connect. Katrina
