Active recruiting: Civilian gang members with no prior criminal history are recruited by incarcerated gang members to apply to become correctional officers, with promises of additional income paid by the inmates’ criminal enterprise."</li><li><strong>What will the government do about it?</strong> They first, identify prison facilities and make them go through serious investigations to fight the threat of cases like that and the impact it (corruption) has on the people/environment that it is surrounding.</li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Wolfsheim is the main example in The Great Gatsby about how corruption was like in the time of the early 1920's "(Nick) Fixed the World's Series?".... " Why isn't he in jail?" "(Gatsby) They can't get him, old sport. He's a smart man." (112-118) this quote is one that shows how the corruption among larger criminals and ringleaders and the law forces went on back then as the quote shows that the police most likely have the necessary information and details to relate Wolfsheim to the rigging of the world cup and have most likely let him go despite knowing this while not being too happy about it. This shows that Wolfsheim has a powerful connection to higher ups in the government and law forces allowing him to get away with a massive crime. Meanwhile there are other </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>interview with Meyer Wolfsheim <br>possible questions: about the rigging of World Series, about his bootlegging business and interactions with any authority figures.<br><br>Interviewer: Mr. Wolfsheim, what are you best known for?<br>Wolfsheim: I'm proud to say that, ive fixed the World Series in 1919.<br>Interviewer: Pretty impressive, and how did you and Gatsby become friends? Tell me about that friendship.<br>Wolfsheim: We were first co-workers, i knew him through business and then we became friends and i helped him with gaining his wealth.<br>Interviewer: How did you help him?<br>W: We are both bootleggers. it's illegal but we always find our way out of it. I believe that we are two smart men who can do it and succeed.<br>Interviewer: Did any of you get help with this business from the government?<br>W: Yes it happened few times. We had few corruptions with some policemen and they got paid for it too or got some liquor bottles in exchange for help. <br>Interviewer: These were very important info for us.
