-Set up the meeting room and gather everyone in the room who is attending the meeting

I would end the meeting by asking if anyone has anymore questions and if they do answer them and then end the meeting.  

Meeting agenda points 

Our meeting went great it made us think about what's going good in college and what's not going too well in the course we are taking,  i got to take the time to understand my friends' views on the college and what they are doing and how they think they are doing, we also spoke about our plans after college and where we want to go.  

How did we communicate well  

We communicated effectively by keeping eye contact, we all got involved and asked lots of questions for people to answer, such as “how are you doing in college” “are you struggling with anything” Kelyn said “ what do you want to do after college” me and liv replied and said what we were aiming for after college, I just spoke about how I wanted to go into childcare and so on and liv spoke about wanting to be a midwife and going uni. We communicated by asking questions mostly and keeping the meeting calm and professional. 

What would i do differently next time 

I would create more questions to ask liv and Kelyn i would also write notes during the meeting also maybe i would try ask them separate questions so i can get both of their views on the situations, i also would make sure to come more prepared with my answers so i could make more sense i also could've made a plan to go into the meeting with such as have the questions in order also make sure i answered all of theirs.  

Teams' tools I used.  

I used the calendar to send my meeting to Kelyn and olivia i also used my files to keep my notes safe till i printed them out I also used teams calls to record the meeting so we can look back and take notes from it, so using teams was a big help as it helped us all communicate with each other for the meeting agenda and the time and dates and sending the invites to everyone included.  

Planning the meeting-  

Planning the meeting we just looked at what a meeting is and how we can make a meeting we also look at type of meetings there are and what we have to bring to a meeting and what could be at a meeting such as notes, (pen and paper) also there may be coffee for longer meetings.  

Agenda-  

We made an agenda about what the meeting was going to be about and how we we’re going to plan it out and what we were going to talk about we also wrote down the plan for the meeting such as what we we’re going to ask and what we were going to discuss altogether.  

Notes-  

We made notes for our meeting and wrote down questions like “what’s your plans after college?” we also translated them into Welsh using google translate it was easy as I could just copy my questions and translate it like that,  

Sending meeting requests-  

We sent the meeting request via teams calendar we attached our meeting agenda to the the meeting with a link so everyone has an idea what the meeting is about we also wrote the date and time and what they should expect in the meeting and how they can reschedule if needed. 

Meeting-  

We were in a group of 3 (me, kelyn and liv) we asked our questions and replied to there’s and we had a group meeting to discuss our course and what we would want to go after the course and if the course has helped us in any way we also keep the meeting professional by not laughing and making jokes and keeping a good posture we also spoke as if we were in a real meeting. 

Meeting notes-  

I wrote notes on how the meeting went and what I think went well and what I could’ve improved on also I wrote down some of the things that was said in the meeting, I think the meeting went well and was the easiest task we had to do as it was just like a conversation and I had already planned out what I had to say so I wasn’t confused.
