1) Process - project planning and design in a way however for this area there is no ramp for students who are Ambulant Disabled and also there is no tactile paving for people with VI to get to the sports complex via the link bridge.
2) User friendliness - it is not user friendly as the area cannot accessed for visually impaired, people with ambulant disabled and also wheelchair user.
