For general description, my word art is about a teacher's vision, mission and behavior towards his/her learners. The focus of my art is the learners. As a becoming a teacher, we should center and focus to our learner's betterment and future. We are not just only teaching lessons but also to develop their attitude into something that they'll never regret. Being a teacher is not 'just teaching' but we perform a different role to our learners. We will be their mother which we need to exceed love and care to our learners so that they will be motivated in life. We also need to be a psychiatrist which we need to listen and be open-minded to all of our student's problem and advice them. Each of our learners has problem, and as we are a role model to them,we need to understand their problem and even their weaknesses. We need to gave positivity in their life so that they learn not just in the lesson but also for their lives.

My word art is form into a trophy, which means a reward or achievement. This trophy is both for the learners and teacher. The learners deserve to have a trophy because they strive hard just to achieve their goals. They face challenges and hardship because they have a dream in life. Classroom Rules- it is somewhat a law and guidelines that was made by the teacher for the student's to follow. This set up may assist the teacher to know in managing behavior.

Transfer of Learning- is a process of a fine learning from one situation to another. It's the ability to take information learned in one situation and apply that to another and different situation.

Seating Arrangement- a plan that shows where people should sit. In the classroom, it is more into the teacher's choice of organizational plan.

Learning Materials- are the content or information conveyed within a course. It can support student learning and increase student success.

Delivery of instructions- It is the act of educating, giving the steps that must be followed or an order. It make the goal or objective of the lesson relevant to the learners.

Before, I describe overthinking as a bad habit. I thought overthinking is about disappointment and negativity in mind. I admit I am one of the overthinker. Before, I overthink even the smallest problem I had until it will became a disappoinment. Because of overthink, I encountered depression. I don't trust myself, I even hated myself and I disgusted myself. I always make fake scenarios in my head to the point that it hurts me and to the people surrounds me. Overthinking really put me down, it builds a trust issue , also it destroy my confidence to myself. But that was before, for now I am trying to be a positive overthinker. I am now inlove thinking futures. I'm still in processing of healing, and now I believe overthinking is not about negativity stored in mind but it is about how you are going to handle your overthinking. You are the one who will choose either you are a negative overthinker or the positive one. Way back when I was Grade 12, it was really a pressure year since it was our last year for being a senior high students. We have so much task to do and it brought me to the point that I cried infront of my parents because of the pile activities I need to submit.  But those year taught me to do the task not just for a day but do it little by little until the day of submission. Since then, I learn to do time management. My father is one of my admiration to not stop trying. He is so brave to try again and again even he knew that their is a lot of discrimination and down looking towards his work. He is not afraid to try. I admire him for being so talented because he is capable to do all the works. If there is a failure, then he will try again until he will get the right thing to do. Sometimes, he just learn through himself. He is not afraid to do some experiment just to satisfy himself on his work. He is so creative to make his own strategy . ADVANTAGE:
*Distance learning can help us to do our duties at home and at the same time to do a learning. We can be flexible to this because we can choose our time to study and we can also insert our works of responsibility at home. Having the distance learning also help us to earn while learning because we can do an online selling even we are studying. This modality can help us to be independent because basically we need to do extra searching for us to understand the lesson we need to learn. 
CHALLENGES OF PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:
*This modality is also a challenge for us the students especially in the environment because we cannot focus on our learning . Everytime we study there's a lot of distraction. Noises, signal and responsibilities at home that need to be done.As a student, I need to find a time that allows me to be alone to study.I cannot focus on my study especially online classes because there's a lot of disturbance just like my social medias. 
STUDENT DEVELOPMENT:
*Students may learn the time management since there is a lot of responsibility at home, so they need to manage their time as a household member and as a learner. They are more a self-responsible because for their own learning . And since now, technology is needed , it can help them to increase their social media experiences. 
CHALLENGES IN THE MODALITY
* One of the problem in this modality  is the quality of instructions because the teachers cannot explain properly the instructions because they cannot entertain the students well. The distance learning can be a lead to be independent but some students might struggle with so much forced independence. Teachers may be feel difficulty in catering all of the students because we are now just using our social media platforms. The course book she is using is terrible. It is too easy for the students and they get bored easily, she doesn't want to spend hours planning as they don't seem interested anyway.

Possible reason:
a) The teacher was just reading the content of the course book as he have no idea about what it is all about. He don't have any learnings to share since he didn't study the content.

b) The content of the course book was so familiar to the students and they study it since elementary so their interest was vanished since they knew the content long time ago.

c) He didn't exert an effort to discuss the content of the book because he already conclude that the students will get bored about it.

Solution:
a) Before discussing the lesson we must know what was the content about and if ever there is part of the content that gave us a confusion then we are going to ask an opinion to our students since we can also gain a learnings to them.

b) As a teacher, we must also familiarize the content of the lesson and to make it interesting even though it was an old content, we can make a story or a way that will divert the content into an interesting one which still connected to the content but the learnings have been expanded. We can add our idea so that the content will stay the same but the idea were added.

c) Even the content is boring for us the teachers, we need also to make  a way where the boring lesson will be an interesting one. We can add an information where students didn't expect or we can make a story where can get the interest of the students. We can change our way of teaching which we can sure that the students will be interested.
