Sundew and her friends go across the river but Sundew and Bumblebee get trapped in a Sundew. They get out by using an animal called a Tsetse. When they get out they run into a place called The Den of Vipers. Nettle nearly gets killed but is saved by the dragon that they are looking for. His name is Hawthorn and he tells them the story on how he had accidentally given Queen Wasp the Breath of Evil which is the plant that she used to control all of the Hivewings with. Also he made an antidote for it, so they take it back to Queen Sequoia and they make a plan to burn it in the Mourning so then the Hivewings will breathe it in and they will have control over themselves. But, in the Mourning Sundew, Nettle, Cricket, and Mandrake soon learn that the antidote is fake and that the Breath of Evil has mind-controlled Hawthorn. They find Swordtail there (all the prisoners there are temporarily statues), so Cricket uses a little potion she made to help plants grow. Somehow it un-statues Swordtail, and makes him stronger. So strong that he breaks down a wall for fun. A bit too far? Especially now that your girlfriend's little brother is in dire need and serious danger, and can't even fly?
The solution to that?:
Hole.
So, Cricket, Blue, and Swordtail sit in a hole. Some HiveWings come by. Everyone panics.
